Palabre is a digital editorial platform published by Palabre SAS. It allows authors to publish content (analyses, opinion pieces, newsletters, podcasts) and readers to access it, share it and subscribe to their favourite authors.
The platform is available at palabre.media and through its applications.
Accessing and using Palabre implies unreserved acceptance of these terms of use. If you do not accept them, please do not use the platform.
Palabre reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Users are informed by email or in-app notification. Continuing to use the platform after an amendment constitutes acceptance of it.
An account is required to access certain features (following authors, subscribing, leaving comments). Users undertake to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.
Any natural person aged 15 or over may create an account. Minors under 15 must have the authorisation of a legal guardian.
Users are responsible for keeping their credentials confidential. Any access made through their account is attributable to them, unless a loss or theft was reported beforehand.
All content published on Palabre (text, images, podcasts, newsletters) is protected by intellectual property law. Unless stated otherwise, the rights belong to the respective authors.
By publishing on Palabre, authors grant the platform a non-exclusive, worldwide and royalty-free licence to host, distribute and promote their content as part of the normal operation of the platform. This licence ends when the content or the author account is deleted.
Reproducing, copying, selling or commercially exploiting Palabre content without the prior written authorisation of the author concerned and of Palabre is strictly prohibited.
By using Palabre, you undertake to:

Palabre reserves the right to withdraw any content that does not meet these commitments, after notifying the author concerned.
Palabre offers paid subscription plans giving access to premium content and advanced features. Prices are displayed at the time of subscription and may change, subject to 30 days' notice.
Subscriptions are taken out for a fixed term (monthly or annual) and renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your subscriber area; access remains active until the end of the current period.
In accordance with applicable regulations, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of subscription, unless you expressly requested immediate performance of the service.
Palabre reserves the right to suspend or delete any account that breaches these terms — without notice in the event of a serious breach (unlawful content, harassment, fraud). In all other cases a notification is sent, with the possibility of appeal.
Palabre does everything it can to ensure the availability and quality of the platform, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. The platform cannot be held liable for content published by authors, who are solely responsible for it.
Links to third-party sites on Palabre do not engage the platform's liability for the content of those sites.
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts having jurisdiction, after an attempt at amicable resolution.
